The Body Shop
We helped the Body Shop to develop two CD-ROM based products.

The first was an educational tool for both internal and
external use to help it explain how its Trade Not Aid (later
called Trading with Communities) policies benefited communities
in the Third World. The second was a
more advanced product for use in touch-screen kiosk systems
in certain of its retail outlets.
The interface was designed to allow customers to explore
for themselves the Body Shop product range and discover
where each product or ingredient came from, how it was collected
or manufactured, how the community that produced it benefited
from their relationship with the Body Shop, and so on.
