Which Media to choose?

There are many different ways for you to communicate your message to potential customers. These range from traditional print media, through digital media presentations via touch screen kiosks or CD-ROM, to mass media such as Television, Radio, and the Internet. More media seem to spring up at an allarming rate, with recent additions such as interactive television and 3G, the new standard for portable communication devices.

Just knowing how and where to allocate your budget is becoming increasingly difficult. Marketing managers are expected to know the benefits and disadvantages of each type of media, and produce a comprehensive campaign to ever-tighter marketing budgets.

An organisation may have an incomplete picture of what is achievable, or an inaccurate feeling for what possible projects will cost or achieve. Sometimes you may have a particular requirement, such as a web site or presentation for a particular purpose. Other times we find clients are not absolutely sure of how to allocate their budgets.

MPP have been creating integrated multi-media strategies for a variety of organisations since 1995. Our expertise can help you realise the greatest benefit from your limited marketing budget, and ensure that your marketing material will evolve to take advantage of new opportunities if right for your company.

We are objective driven; our first priority is to help you to define what you want to achieve. In many cases we are called in to fulfil an immediate requirement for a particular project or presentation. Our tendency is to dig deeper to identify your long-term goals.

Once we clearly understand your objectives we can work with you to put together a media strategy. Such proposals vary from a simple brochure quotation to a full-blown 3 or 5 year media plan.

As well as delivering results in sales and marketing we are also equiped to assess your data strategy, and may be able to advise on improved use of your data systems leading to better customer relationship management and even substansial cost savings.

In order to do this we get intimately involved with your company. Effectively, we become part of your team. We will look at all areas of your business that you are happy to discuss. This helps us to understand the ethos of your organisation, how you make money, what your plans are, and what makes you superior to your competitors.

Sometimes we suggest that most of the available budget is spent in places our client did not expect. Other times we have advised organisations not to spend their money, or to spend it in a completely different way. We are not focused on getting a production project from you, but rather on presenting you with the best advice.

Any media strategy has to be implemented, and we have a full team of developers available to create the projects you commission. Our creative process is as comprehensive as our consultancy, and range from the creation of a simple brochure through to a complete corporate re-brand and creation of a central media library.

We have been at the leading edge of creative visual technologies since 1995, and as such have a unique heritage of helping organisations realise their long term goals and aspirations.

Our value lies in the years of knowledge and expertise that comes from managing media projects for organisations ranging from large Blue Chip and household names, to local Government Departments, Universities, Colleges, Schools, and Local Companies.
